Commission purchasers must make a note at checkout of which character they want a commission of - LIMITED TO ONE CHARACTER OF YOUR CHOICE FROM THE KIA ASAMIYA TITLES BELOW ONLY -  and what day they will pick it up at the 2025 San Diego Comic Con - NO PREVIEW NIGHT PICK UPs. Any order without those two comments will be refunded immediately. THIS IS FOR PICK UP ONLY AND WILL NOT BE SHIPPED OUT. 

CUSTOMERS THAT DO NOT INCLUDE THE CHARACTER CHOICE AND PICK UP DATE TO SDCC WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED WITH THE SPOT OPENING UP FOR ANOTHER PERSON.

Customer MUST HAVE A BADGE to be able to attend the 2025 SAN DIEGO COMIC-CON to pick up the artwork. This is NOT a ticket to COMIC-CON. WE WILL NOT MEET PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE CONVENTION TO HAND OFF COMMISSIONS. CUSTOMER MUST SHOW VALID STATE ID & ORDER CONFIRMATION WITH THE SAME NAME TO PICK UP COMMISSION. 

We are honored to have Asamiya-sensei at our booth and delighted that he wanted to accept a limited number of pre-convention commissions. Once the commission is in place there will be NO REFUNDS for this item.
